We could not accomplish all that we do without our dedicated volunteers. To assist the PHMS PTSA in matching volunteers with volunteer opportunities throughout the 2008-2009 school year, please complete and submit this form. This in no way obligates you to volunteer. It merely gives us an idea of when we should contact you about possibly volunteering. This form does not replace the BCPS Application for Volunteer Services which must be completed by all volunteers and submitted to the Grade 6 office each year.
