Our current Bylaws will be updated to the 2007 Bylaws format and will include mandatory updates to the April 2003 Local PTA Bylaws as dictated by the Maryland PTA format (effective February 2007). There were several changes to mandatory sections of our current Bylaws and were approved by the membership at the 2005 and 2006 Maryland Annual Conventions. One of the biggest changes to the format has to do with the definitions of executive committee and the board of directors. We will be voting on the new Bylaws at the next General Membership meeting which will be held just prior to the Winter Concert in the Perry Hall Middle School meeting room on Tuesday, December 11, 2007.
